Ottoai: LOR Copilot is a web platform and Chrome extension designed to help SAICA trainee accountants document their competencies more efficiently. Users can search for required competencies, generate structured evidence, and export their LORs aligned with training requirements.

How It Works

Users search for competencies or enter a summary of work performed
The system processes the input and generates relevant LOR evidence
Users can review, refine, and export their generated LORs for submission
Optional features may include file uploads and advanced AI-assisted drafting

1. Information We Collect

Account information (e.g. email address and name) for authentication
User-provided content (e.g. work summaries, search queries, competency inputs)
Uploaded files (if the feature is used)
